Cool, quirky songs, great guitar and the fabulous drumming of Ed Cassidy (one of rock's all time great drummers!). Randy California (guitar & vocals) played with Jimi Hendrix when he was a teenager and the Hendrix influence shows in his playing. If you play guitar, you'll gain a lot by studying Randy's playing. He wasn't just a cliche machine and he had his own style. Check out his hip chord voicings and his tasty use of effects. Larry "Fuzzy" Knight holds down the bottom on bass an backing vocals.
