We paid an excessive amount for tickets just to be in the front row
to Stars on Ice. When we arrived we found out we had folding chairs to sit in. They were spaced real close together,I had to sit crooked to keep from rubbing shoulder with the person next to me. The chairs were so uncomfortable that I was squirming before the show even started after only a half hour. While the show was entertaining , the seats ruined my enjoyment of the whole event. To say the least I was disappointed.I found it hard to believe that the Rocket Mortgage House can't come up with a better solution for the prices that they charge. I don't have a problem with the price ,just what they view as a good value for peoples hard earned money. If the chairs had better padding they would be tolerable but the padding is really bad and uncomfortable . They obviously have no ethics to let people sit in those kind of chair and think it's okay. What ever happened to value for your money. Come on people you can do better. After Covid I was looking forward to getting out of the house. That illusion was destroyed when I saw our seats before I even sat down. Very disappointed

We came here for a concert last Thursday. I see that another reviewer had one of the folding chair rows that were created in order to cram more customers in, placed in front of the regular padded seats there (that are very comfortable, by the way). We were in the second "row" and had the same experience as the other reviewer: had to angle our bodies to see the stage the whole time. There were two large women in the seats beside us and when they decided to stand, it blocked out all views for us and everyone behind us. They were also partially blocking the aisle which is supposed to be a safety no no. Hubby ended up finding two regular seats for us to be able to see the rest of the concert from. There were plenty of staff there but no one was doing much of anything except looking around, at what I don't know. I completely agree with the other reviewer about what these venues are doing to the customer in exchange for their hard earned money...for what we paid for these tickets along with a six hour drive and a hotel stay for the night, we should have had better treatment. This venue is definitely NOT worth another visit in my opinion. There's nothing that great about it. And, it is cashless as well.

Went for a Monsters game. Seats right on the ice are $70, which is quite high for minor league hockey, albeit top level minors. The glass seems to wobble more than it should when players are checked into the boards, almost as if it was going to break. Sight lines are impeded by the numerous scuffs on the glass, I expect better for AHL level hockey in a large arena. The front two rows have folding chairs, but ice level does have a small cubbyhole to hold drinks and snacks. Concessions by the way are high for minor league hockey. A decent sized pop was over $9 with tax! I suspect it’s the same prices the Cavs charge.
Clearly the Cavs are the main draw and the Monsters are secondary. The game was decent, but could have been better with more attention to details around the arena, and better value with tickets.

Awesome seats at an awesome price. We sat at club level seats for $40! Service was excellent at the concession stands and arena was very clean and spacious. Seats were padded and comfortable. Prices for concessions were also good, and there are many options for food and drinks.

The staff here is terrific. From entering the Arena to navigating your way around to the service people. Everyone is polite, delightful and ready to help. I was very impressed with the staff here.
We had a suite for the TSO show. Eighteen people. There were a few snafus, but we dealt with it and they made good when I brought it to the attention of the Suite manager.
Everything is new and totally remodeled. Very clean and spacious.
Cleveland should be very proud of this First Class Arena. Surely one of the best in the Country.

First, it isn't called Quicken Loans Arena anymore. It is now Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. They spent a fortune on a full renovation and it really paid off. Everything about it is just beautiful and it makes attending events just a little more fun! Well done!

We went to watch the NBA Draft Party at the Cavs' Arena and had a great time. The Cavs always like to give you free stuff and free refreshments. The popcorn was pretty good and didn't cost us any American currency or bitcoin.

My son and I went to the December 28th NBA game between the Cleveland Cavaliers and the Miami Heat.
The parking at the Gateway East Garage was convenient to the arena (less than a five minute walk). The area around the arena is well lit, clean and safe. The area surrounding the arena has a variety of sit-down restaurants, each offering a diverse, quality menu.
The arena itself, is very modern and has all of the expected amenities. The concourse is wide with plenty of food and souvenior shops. The food itself, is typical for a sports arena. The arena itself, is very attractive with comfortable seats and great sight lines. The scoreboard graphics and sound system are outstanding.
We enjoyed our experience to the The Quicken Loans Arena very much!

The Quicken Loans Arena (formally called The Gund) seats 20,000+ people and is the home to The Cleveland Cavaliers, The Lake Erie Monsters hockey team and the arena football team, The Gladiators. Between sporting events, The Q also hosts entertaining events such as concerts and circuses. There is parking at The Q, on the street, and at Tower City, none of it is free.
There are adequate bathrooms, souvenir shops, and snack carts around the complex, as well as a restaurant. We have been impressed with how quickly we are able to get to our car and on the highway after an event has ended. The flow planning was well done.

I am looking at Mezzanine 104 for a concert and the seat description says "Seats 1-5: Media table." Does anyone know what Media Table means? Thank you.
Elton john concert. Would I be able to see him from the 214 section? Would there be screens on the backside too? Will his piano be in the left side if facing the stage?

This is a good question to ask the box office at the Rocket Mortgage Fieldhouse. They should have the answer for you. Hope this helps!
Can you access the walkway from the holiday inn express
Steve
Pittsburgh, PA25 contributions
No, the indoor walkway runs from Tower City Center and under Ontario Street. The Holiday Inn Express is 2 blocks north of Quicken Loans Arena. The most direct walking route is to head south down East 4th Street, crossing over Prospect Ave.

Are we able to get inside Quicken Loans Arena just to see it? We’re driving through Cleveland tomorrow (a Sunday) and my son is a HUGE Cavs fan.

I’m sorry to have to tell your son - no you cannot.
If your in a “court club” section, does your ticket automatically come with the access pass or is that purchased separately. Sections 7 Row 1

Are you able to use the indoor walkway back to Tower City if late night after a concert? Concert starts 7pm so probably ends 9pm or so. It would be a Saturday night. Would you still be able to walk back to tower city ?
Kennetta D

Yes because the walkway is open 2hours before the event and 2 hours after the event

The Club Seat tickets sometimes come preloaded with food and beverage dollars that do not show up on the ticket. Have the server scan the bar code.
