The Parent Portal is an online system for Riddlesdown Collegiate parents where you can:

Update your contact details
Access your child’s reports
See AM/PM attendance
See Student time tables
A summary of achievement and behaviour points

We recommend that parents provide unique and personal email addresses rather than a ‘family’ account. Each primary and secondary person with parental responsibility and a unique email address in our systems will receive a login to the Portal.

If you have forgotten your username or passsword, or have not received your details, you can use the reminder & reset facility on the Parent Portal page. Click ‘Don’t know your password?’ under the login box and enter the email address we have on file. You will receive a reminder of both your username and a new password.

InTouch messages

When we send email messages to parents, we often use a bulk messaging facility which is part of our student data management system. This sends messages via Capita servers and appears to be from 3065400@capita-intouch.co.uk

As many other schools use the same facility, there can be many thousands of email messages generated each week.

Unfortunately, email provider anti-spam servers often block messages from @capita-intouch.co.uk. This is out of our control.

We recommend you add 3065400@capita-intouch.co.uk to the allowed/safe sender/whitelist settings in your email settings. Most email providers publish information on how to do this in their help guides.

We are currently investigating an alternative solution as this issue is now affecting AOL, Yahoo, Outlook.com & Hotmail addresses at various times.
