Karl Pilkington has returned to The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time and his time he’s embarrassing himself in front of the Zora. No, this isn’t a dream we had, it’s the second episode in YouTuber Jealous Bones’s An Idiot in Hyrule series. And it’s even more amazing than the first.
Previously the unofficial domain of HuffingtonPants, Jealous Bones has been taking footage of Ricky Gervais collaborator Karl Pilkington and putting him into The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time. It’s not the strangest thing Pilkington has been exposed to, though. His An Idiot Abroad series sees Ricky Gervais and Stephen Merchant sending him around in the world in search of new experiences. Karl’s cynicism and aversion to trying new things can, however, prove a bit of an obstacle.
So, after fleeing a particularly persistent Peahat, Karl finds himself atop a Zora waterfall, diving for an assortment of very British confectionary. What could possibly go wrong? The result is even more impressive than the ‘land dive’ episode of An Idiot Abroad that the footage was taken from. Well, we think it’s impressive, but the Zora themselves look less swayed.
