Mr. Jenkins brings more than two decades of experience making strategic decisions, identifying and implementing operational and organizational improvements, developing mechanisms to monitor cash requirements and manage working capital, implementing functional improvements at the departmental level, directing significant management changes, and developing comprehensive long-term strategic plans.

Mr. Jenkins’ recent notable engagements include serving as Interim CEO of a private equity owned manufacturing company for which he directed a plan to improve financial performance, streamlined business operations and processes, and coordinated significant debt reduction. 

Mr. Jenkins also served as interim CFO of private equity owned companies ranging in revenue from $700 million to $1.5 billion, evaluating and hiring personnel, establishing updated processes to improve departmental functionality, redesigning senior management teams, identifying and implementing cost cutting opportunities, and establishing new strategic directions. He has worked with clients in various industries, including manufacturing, print, packaging, technology.

Prior to joining A&M, Mr. Jenkins was a Director with the Business Recovery Services practice of PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he helped companies develop strategic business plans, identified financing alternatives and managed debtor/creditor relationships. Previously, he was a Financial Consultant with Peterson Consulting.

Mr. Jenkins earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Colorado State University.
