I purchased a 2006 Honda Odyssey on 3/2/22. Was a cash car told everything worked mechanically and did point out issues with the door and it wasnt very clean nor the paint the best but I was more worried about the mechanical running. Well car left my 5 kids and grandbaby stranded on the side of the road on 3/3/22 not even 24hrs after we purchased the car. The band came complete off battery died. Had to uber most of the kids home that costed $48.65 and $250 to get the car towed home and now we gotta see how much it will cost to fix it. It took hours to get the tags. It has been a horrible experience for my little ones and myself. If you are a woman please dont go alone because they are shady.

Bought a car and paid 30 percent down with tax tag and title included. They did not start the paperwork until the first payment was made a month later and then they couldn't make it happen . So 2 more 2hour round trip drives there to resolve the issue it still was not resolved. So taking matters into my own hands I made the appointment but because of covid it was another month before it could be inspected. During that time the car was ready for servicing. The dealership found the rear brake warning line cut and the rear brakes shot so 1700 dollars later it was repaired and still no tag. Now they threatened to repo the car because of no registration which I paid them to do. Finally got the appointment done and sent them the paperwork for another 40 dollars. Now over 9000 dollars and 6 months later they wanted another 500 dollars for the tag. I told them no and they have held up my tag. I still have no tag or registration from them. So next step is legal action. Beware, they seemed OK when I gave them money but since then it's awful.

Fast forward to today March, 15 2021. About 2 years after I first bought a vehicle from them, I have returned to give them the last star I left out in my first review. I could not wait to buy another car from them due to the performance of the first one I bought from them. I never had any problem ever since I bought the car. I gave that to my wife and returned to buy another one. As usual, they are of their customer service best, few words, no bait and switch, no add-on or upselling. They will let you test drive any vehicle you choose and as many as you want to test. Price is exactly what you see. Sam will tell you everything he knows about the car and let you decide. I walked in at 2pm and in less than 30 mins, I test drove and got a deal. Walking out with 2015 Sonata. Great guys, good business. I will surely recommend you check them first if you want to buy a used car. Great price, good condition. A five-star performance hands down! No question!

Came in to look at a different car, ended up buying a better one. So far very happy. Stephanie did a wonderful job helping us.

I was at this dealership few days ago. I test drove 4 vehicles and the sales person was very polite and welling to help. I bought the VW. Very nice very clean car. The most I liked was the 2 years maintenance plan the gave me for free :) :) Price also was very good. I do recommend them.

I went there last Saturday. I test drove few vehicles. Ron was very nice with me and put a lot of efforts to satisfy me. I also got the Free two years maintenance plan which is awesome. I am happy with the experience over all.

Went to purchase a car an was preapproved from my bank Tuesday ,said I might be able to get car Friday evening!!They act like they haven’t ever heard of bank drafting or how they was supposed to be paid after my bank sent them the money I still couldn’t get car because the boss wasn’t there or they person that go do the title and tags wasn’t there. Wanted to have a check over nighted as if bank drafting wasn’t faster... ( it’s in the account in a matter of min versus over night). Just give you the run around an no real answers.
