I just went down memory lane with the anniversary reissued of three releases of this particular reincarnation of KC and it was refreshing to hear these outtakes in a free standing release. You can witness the creation of their sonic horizon.
I like that this disc is all instrumental. I like Adrian Belew's vocals, but it is great to hear these songs in this instrumental setting. As to be expected, the band is very tight! As is to be expected from the masters of their craft. Buy it! Enjoy listening to the art that King Crimson has created for decades and in particular in these recordings.
