Lovely. Excellent. So, it looks like we the stream is going. So, we will just carry on as normal. But what would we like to quickly say before we move on? We're going to be playing with the Simply Zinia stamp set tonight. Jay's going to create something and which some of you may have already seen because it airs out on the social medias so we're now going to show you how Jay created it. So some of you may have seen the finished project already but we hope you enjoy what we're doing. And yes. Anything else? Yeah. No that's cool. I'll I'll do it as updates now. Definitely. So let's go camera down and crack on with tonight's demonstration. Do you remember you can purchase from us? So if you like anything you see do head over to Matusa Crafts. com forward slash shop. So if you live UK, France, Germany, Netherlands, Austria, Belgium and Ireland then you can shop with us using the link on the screen right now. So do head over to that. If you do see anything you like us using. Some of the stuff may not be available as of as of now. Um because this is new. No this is a no Jade. Jade's given me a funny look. I was like what are you talking about? What are you chatting? What are you chatting about? What are you chatting? This is my man exclusive so this is available. So but there is a Castle are coming out on the first of May. So that's why I was getting them still a little bit confused. Right there. Cool. So yeah so these are the items that I'll be playing with. Simply Sunia. Um stamp set and nice. That would be so key. Uh one thing food. And the textured timber. And the card that I'll be recreating is the one for global design project Cardmaking challenge this week of twentieth of oh no. My calendar's in May but we're only in April, right? For Oh, what is the date? The date is twenty-fourth of April. So, so, yeah, GDP challenge for the 22nd of April. So, it started on Monday. You have until Sunday to add in your creation and so before I do that though just as a quick news flash. Some more news flash. Uh the color wheel. So I have created another version. It will be up on our website soon for our limited time only. For those people that actually left their email address in the form. We will contact you as soon as it is up so it's a three page PDF You cut it out yourself. You print it out yourself. And you assemble it yourself. So so yeah so those are the three pages. As you can see it's different to what we had on on stage. As well as we had to put our own logo on each one. And but yes so the the wheel dial, it's still, you can still make it up. Um, and make your own color wheel. But yes, Finish. The one that is finished is actually the one without the the logo. But the new version will have the logo but that's the wheel on there. So it's still you can still see the colors on there. Um and of course the on the outer edge as well. I've added some symbols. So hopefully it's easier to identify and on the back which I haven't done on the back. Um it matches the symbols on color schemes you can have. So that is for monochromatic Uh up, down, up down for complementary Triangular for triadic and solid line for analogous which matches those. And also you have the primary colors which is diamond I guess. It's in here. So yellow, red and blue. And you have secondary colours which is a square, your orange, or sad one. Red orange somewhere. Violet, that's it. There's only three secondary colors. And then the I don't know how to say it. Um, is the in-between. So there should be four of them. No, six of them. So yellow, orange, yellow, green, blue green, blue violet, red violet, and red orange. But, yes, so that is our quick news flash. So, let's go back for the Simply Sinia. So we had our online colouring masterclass last night. I'll quickly show you the samples that I did for the class. Um which are these and we colored twice Uh one with a really kind of like looking into details and then a more faster version, shall I say, a a sketchy version. So I won't be colouring eh this evening. I might have to do some quick colouring because the ones that I'll be actually using is the this one. So I'll just need to die cut that in a sec. But before we do that I'll just do my card stock. For my card base. Which is copper clay. It's okay. Elaine has joined us Elaine has joined us saying that she can hear Kitty. Yeah So, our usual 14 centimeters. Which is five and a half And the width of an A four is 21 centimeters. Or you can cut down your letter size to eight and a quarter if you want the same. Um dimensions. There we go. So if you are interested in colouring with me and practicing your colouring mostly with stamping blends, I haven't really done many watercolor pencil. Sometimes I I mix it in Um and I haven't done any watercoloring now really. So the next layer we will have Calypso Coral. Which is what measurement are you? I don't know. I'm just going to do point 5. So one, two, eight point eight. Oh, but it's a lot. Okay, alright. Eight point three. Clearly I can't. Do my measurements. So, eight point three. So, that is one, two, and a half plus three. One, two, and a half plus three. 11. 8. Or that is three and a quarter by four, five eighths of an inch. And then a basic white which will be one what is it? 11. 5. It was Sukhi. Um she she always. There we go. So that's just a mutton layer. I wanted a huge border. We're also going to be using the timber. Ah the textured timber. Another online exclusive. And you may have seen me do this on another ah card. We're just going to use that as our background. And we're going to do tone on tone. With copper clay. Or if you don't have the same colored ink you can use Versamark. Oh shall I do Versamark instead? I'm just going to get some paper. Right. So I'm just going to eyeball it try and actually stamp straight but If not, it's okay. It's just the edge. Instead of adding another layer I don't know. It it makes it look like a it well. I know it's not a similar line but because you've kind of like brought in the top and bottom. I think it kind of. Makes it like that. So now we have that. We're going to stamp. The Which is this one and memento. Actually, I'm going to change it up. Because I will I won't colour the background. So let us have a look. See. Calypso Chrome, Purple Pink Ooh we'll go petal pink. Maybe. Why not? So I'm just going to stamp these a long changing up the directions. And building the up on the background. So you can do simple stamping and that's done. But if you, of course, you want to add some copper stamp that in memento and do some coloring. Worcester or what's there? I'm just going to clean my stamp. It's time. That's for you Vic. Uh some memento. So we've got Linda and we have got Sandra, Janice and Sheila have joined us on Facebook. Hello hello. Rasheeda said. She hadn't seen this for a while. No, I haven't seen you either, Sheila. Yeah, where have you been? Hope you're well. There we go. Lovely small spaces to color. But so I'll go through. So this one we actually colored in the class. Was it? I'm just looking at all of my coloring. That wasn't the one that I colored. This is the one that we colored. In the class and I just did the flowers once. Um but because they were quite small. Um so I'll use that one. This one was another sample just to to show different shades. But obviously as you saw on the the first the bigger flower. Um you can use different colours pretty much. So I'm just going to die cut that. I can do some quick ones I guess. If you want to see but I'll just be block coloring. Um so I use petal pink and flirty flamingo. And then old old. No. Granny apple green. For the leafings. So petal pink. So I'm just going to do quick coloring. Quick coloring. Well, so you get kind of like an idea if you're more of a quick colorer. But if you want more detailed colouring then do check out our membership. So I'm using the dark and I'm just going to like going through randomly. Because it's so small. And then fill the up with the light There we go. What else have we got? Barry. Sheila has asked is that the zinnia stamp set? Um, what she missed at beginning? It is the Simply Sinia stamp set. Um, Betty has also joined us on Facebook. Hello, Betty. I'm not sure where you got up to on the mains. Can you remember one of the last names you said hi to? Um I've said hello. I haven't said hello to Janice Adams. Um Ginny. We've got Mary. Gian. Hello. Hello. So that is and I think my Yep that's Ferrari. So I'm just going to quickly colour this look at my fast coloring. There you go. Just so you can have an idea but obviously I am brushing it. Ilona has joined us on Facebook. Hello Ilona. Hello Ilona. There we go. Maureen and Debbie have just popped into So yes who's got this thumb set? Or is it on your wishlist? Let us know in the comments. Do you like if you like coloring as well? Is that done? Try and stay in the line. And I do like leaving some errors white normally. Uh and then finishing that off with the highlight. But and I normally use three colors. But this time only using two. So there's not much contrast. On here. There we go. I think that's filled in. Yeah. And for the inside, what did I use? I think, no, no problem lemon lolly or calypso coral We'll go Calypso to match the the that thing. The matte. the layer. So Calypso Coral. The stars. I I'm just going to do dots. Paulette has just asked a question from Canada and Edmonton and Canada. In your colouring classes, do you use SU blends? Yes, all I use are Stampin ' Up Blends. Um yes, so that's the only alcohol markers that that we use. Uh hopefully yeah. Yeah. I'm just thinking, have I? Yeah. That's all I use, alright? Yeah, it's mostly blends that that I color with. So, right, I can see some white and I can't just leave it in the inside. Middle bit. But because it's dry, if you add a second layer, it's normally darker. So, that's how you can do a third color. But obviously, it won't be blended as well. And that's fine. Um, I think sometimes people get to concern that it's not blending or they get discouraged using the the alcohol markers because it's not doing what they wanted to do. Sometimes you just have to accept that it's quite nice sometimes to actually see the strokes that you've done but that's my quick coloring. So excuse me. I'm just going to die cut that because there is a dye. One there. And this ah this card is actually ah was inspired by So the layout was inspired by global design project. No. Yeah. Global Design Project. But the the color combination and the stamp set that I used was from our team gatherings. So teamies you may probably Remember this from last month? Or was it this month? We've already planned for next month. so. Let's get There we go. So easy peasy. And we're just going to do some ink blending. I'm actually going to cut into that. I'm just like, oh no. But That's okay. So ink blending with a sure afternoon. And may have used Tahitian hide in the original but I think a short afternoon. Just to double check that it is, yeah, that's fine. I don't want a, I just want a light coat. Sort of inked it up but taken off all most of it. And I'm just going to do the edges. Lanison, is she? Hello, Lani. Barry did the watcher. I don't know if you heard him. Elaine says you've been very technical tonight Jay. Lack thing. What thing? What thing did I say? I can't remember. I normally say thingy to Barry and be like what thingy? You know. That thingy. That thingy. He should know. So I'm I haven't re-inked it at all And I'm just going in in the middle. Still in a circular motion just to add a bit of blue in the background. I know that I've gone through the petal pink. But it's just kind of like my background stamping anyway. I might as well do that edge there. There you go. And there's still probably something in there. So, just to show you. Maybe not. I think that's most of it. There is a tiny tiny bit. But I'm not going to reink it because I know that if I do that will make it a lot darker. But that's fine. So you kind of can't have like a halo of white there. Hi Tommy. Are you behaving yourself? So we have that. That we're going to do some stamping of Oh, that's small. The line says it was a card base. Oh, was it? Oh, the Calypso Coral. Alright, Tommy's sharing my seat or I'm sharing his seat. Right. Uh do I need actually I used petal pink on the other one. So lots of petal pink. So I do like petal pink but I don't know if bubble bath have kind of like taken over a petal pink. So I I because I have been using bubble puff quite a bit. And am I using it? No I I'm not using it for the global stamping video for Friday. So memento. And I'm just going to fussy cut that. Sorry. So talk amongst yourselves. Barry always laugh when I say that. Because he's rude He laughs at at my accent. You can fight weird. What? I like to pronounce every single letter I think. Talk amongst yourself. Don't make me laugh because I can't cut. Of course you can just keep it straight. If you prefer. But are like a bubbly edge. Did you used to do that? Dude like balloon or bubble letters when you're in school. So it's kind of like that but cutting. Because I'm just going through each individual letter and just adding a border. Right, that's done. Did I do there. And then just finish up with that one. That wasn't too bad. Right, let us I still haven't decided how to do this one. Move there. So it's kind of like behind. So most of that will be covered. That's all good. Okay. So that's just going to get stuck now. I think I'm I'm only going to be doing one this evening. So I can crack on with the color wheel. I think that on and I need to edit my video for Fridays. Global something video hub. So before I add that on, I'm going to add this gold and silver trim combo it used to be in the online exclusive but it's going to the annual in from May. So one side is all gold. And the other side, it's kind of, I would say it's the backside but I quite like it because it's got the white in the middle. So, I'm going to use that side. There and deep. And probably about I'm just eyeballing. An inch and a quarter, maybe. Straight down. Are you straight? Hi, Judy. Thank you. But I think I over enunciate. And sometimes I can't just say words. Like that. That's why Barry laughs at me. So before I add that on I guess I, if I don't want to cut it, I can leave it like that. So, it flows. Oh, I prefer that way actually. Because I don't want to cut it. To be honest. I was like, I colored it. I might as well have it fully. Okay, I will do that. That was good. So that's just going to go in. Excuse me. That's going to go in with dimensionals. It's breaking out of the frame. It's growing. Right? Mini because I can cut it down. Oh, you're thick. A really thin one. There we go. So this was I'll share the other card. Uh was it my simple? Oh no it it was inspired by the simple project from our team gathering but I actually didn't do it. I used the elements from it and then change it with for a more elaborate. Peace. Shall I go there? Or there. I quite like it there. So to add that on, I know you can, you, you, I'm kind of like hiding it. So I'm going to take it down a notch. And add another piece of calypso coral. So in my original I had it just bigger than the thank you. So if I just get my ruler out that is two, four, six, eight, ten. Two, 11, 16th of an inch, so I'm going to add another eighth of an inch. So I need one, two, three. Well, one, two, three. What did I say? One, two, three. In that one on the side. So that's two, four, five. So seven. Two, four, five, six, 7. Tiny, tiny bit. Carol and Louise who have stepped by on Facebook so. Oh hello. And I put a comment in the chat just a moment ago just saying that you weren't too keen on the colour of the car. No. I wasn't. Everyone's loving it. Okay, that's good. So, Yes I was saying just mentioned putting the zero after being really good popped. And the zinnia's up as well. Um and Judy says love all the colours together. Tell Jade. Life begins outside his comfort zone. So I forgot I did add a retired item. I'm sad that it's gone. Which is Bellum. But and we forgot to get some more. It was sold out. So I'm saving my pieces. Will you fit? I know I can just cut it. I've got loads of off cuts because I'm saving them. It's just that should fit. So I'll just bring in the again. And then we can finish up. Hi Carol. Just to make sure I have everything in That's probably not going to stick. So did you manage to get some or have you got loads in your stash? Already. But it's just a lovely element to add If you don't want any another like heavy layer or a solid layer. Because you can still see through it. We do in our usual. Yes we can we're going to be on chat and tidy. Chat and tidy. Yeah. On Zoom if you want to join us briefly. So I'm just going to add that on. Let's see. My So this is sometimes like what I do. I make it hard for myself. Um if I want I kind of make it work for what I want. To do. So I'm just going to instead of cutting I want to fold that. Around there. Because sometimes a folded edge looks tidier than a cut edge. He says if you if it works. Has joined us we've also got Sam from our craft group. Oh hello. Has joined us as well. Hello hello. Oh that's how I did it. Okay. I was like how did I do it? Okay, so, add glue to there. Add glue. So Vicky's just asked a good question. Now unfortunately she needs to make some sympathy cards for some male friends, family. Is this kind of appropriate for a a male sympathy card? I personally would say yes. What does everyone else think? I, I, well, I, I think, I, I think as well. So, but yeah, so sorry for your, for your loss. I think any floral, even if male or female, but that's just me. So that's going to be added on with some more dimensionals. I do like my cards high T but not to send. So we do send our cards during for the Sunday live. So if that's going to go there. So check out last Sunday's live and pop in a comment. We'll be putting the random draw for Nixon. And also we we give cards to eBay because we sell our retired products on eBay. So sometimes if Barry puts it in a box we give the Heidi cards ten. Right that's just going to go in so it's got like a matte. But just for the thank you, you can kind of like imagine that it continues. I don't know. It's I just quite like it like that. And I'm just going to add that on. I think that could have done with a bit more. Um height on the top. Done that quite low but that's okay. So if I do it that way Where am I going to? No, I'm, I'm going to have to do it that way. There so you can still see. Okay. So another dimensional. Right, where are we? I'll just do two. And that should be enough. There we go. And then we're going to just going to finish up with some embellishments. Which is, I'll do some more cards, the retiring stuff. Oh, that's not retiring. I think I used that up. All sequins. I did use all fresher Sadesi. Precious Adesi. We'll go with the blue. I think that's boho blue. I think he might be mumbling a bit. Okay, sorry. Yeah. Um Mitsy still said it's very hard to hear you. Um and I said, is anyone else having a problem with sound? Um or is Jade does mummy? And Charlotte's gone. I think Joe's mumbling to himself. Yeah, sorry. Finds him we are here too. Oopsie. Sorry. I I do that a lot. It does an awful lot. Does it to me? Mumbles and mumbles. And then gets angry with me. Well yes. Right. Right. Finish up with oh no you can't see that. I'm going to go another big one. And because it's it's not on dimensional When you post it it goes down. So yay. There we go. That is my card. Recreated using Simply Sinia with a bit of stamping, coloring, ink blending, die cut, fussy cutting. Everything and anything. Uh the original is this one so it I colored on the actual basic white And because the stamping blends was a lot. Darker than the ink blending. It still brings it forward. So it does it did tint some of the edges. Uh in the the blue but I think it's fine. So and I've tried to recreate that. So as you can see that banner was slightly smaller. That one. So I hope you enjoy that and do some colouring and maybe join me in one of my online colouring masterclass. I think this the one that I use in the petal pink. It's quite light. So it will probably still stand out because it's quite light anyway. Onto there. Um have we got anything else to? We do have an card making clause with the Simply Sinia in May, second Tuesday of the month. We have our online cardmaking class as well and next month it's simply excellent. That's for you, Sheila. I'm not sure whether or not you saw my comments or anything but that's a stamp set which Jay's been using tonight that's simply a zinnia stamp set right there. Cool. So, excellent. Let's go over to our her faces. There we go. Lovely. So thank you so much for joining us. Um I hope you enjoyed creating that. They're both lovely actually. I loved it. You've done something different with that one as well. Yeah. I wasn't too sure about the petal pink stamping on the background when I did it. But I I really like it because it just again it gives it a bit more depth. Um especially with the three dimensional layers. So excellent. So yeah. There we go. Cool. So this reading's going to take you. Excellent. Um so thank you so much for joining us. We're going to head over to Zoom now. So the the link to Zoom is in the live chat. So if you want to come and join us quickly. Copy that because it will disappear once the video ends. Um but it is the same each week. Um so if you've got it once you can get it again for next time. But yeah so we will see some of you in a few minutes on Zoom but if we don't see you there we will see you on Friday for Funfold Friday. And Sunday for our regular live video. Yay. So thank you so much and we will see you again very very soon. Cool. Take care Rebecca. Thank you. Bye bye. Bye.
