I had a difficult time arranging a pick up for three end tables through the web sight but made a call and was taken care of in ten minutes.

There were plenty of staff around to help and answer questions! The lady we worked with (I think her name was Ann!) Even let us talk on our own for a while and was ready to help when we were ready too!
