We moved out of another hotel and was desperately looking for another place to stay. We were lucky to have found this small hotel just of the main busy street, yet walking distance to the beach, shops and restaurants. Rooms and linen were clean. Fresh white towels provided.
Vanessa our host went out of her way to make our stay as enjoyable as possible. She offered us a room (last minute) exactly fitting to our needs. She did her best to organise suitable spa times and made some useful recommendations on restaurants. The quaint little breakfast with freshly pressed juice exceeded our expectations. Thank you very much Vanessa for making this a memorable experience.

No sea view but very close to the centre and marina. No parking but nearby underground paid parking. Friendly staff. Modern well appointed room of average size. Our room had a little kitchenette, but they also offer breakfast downstairs. Great Indian restaurant next door was a bonus!

Ups: We had a very good time at Unique Hotel. The host was more then nice to us, really helpful, he gave us all the information we needed and the breakfast was very tasty (nice variety of English marmalade).
Downs: the room at the 4th floor has a very low ceiling (mansarde)

Unique for sure! Wonderful, small hotel with an attentive and serviceminded staff. Excellent location with walking distance to everything. Did not try the breskfast.
My two daughters and I loved the room.

Not a great experience really. Location wise the hotel is great, near to the train station, harbour and lots of bars and restaurants.

Checking in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately we were kept awake at night by the incessant karaoke party from the restaurant opposite.

You know, I like a bit of karaoke. I can throw out Wonderwall with the best of them, but this was sort of like a really weird, loud karaoke for old people that went on past midnight.

Sometimes you’ve had a long day and you just want to sleep. Arguably it might have been slightly more bearable if the singing had been adequate, but it wasn’t.

There were also no staff on at night so we couldn’t check about changing rooms. Don’t think we’ll be back.

We only stayed 1 night, arriving fairly late. Front of the hotel doesn't do it justice. We were warmly welcomed by a lovely girl who quickly checked us in, showed us our room and recommended somewhere to eat. My husband forgot his charger, so she charged his phone and came over to the restaurant to return it before her shift ended. The room was newly re-furbished, very spacious, with everything you need, including water, tea, coffee, milk. It took us a little while to realise that the room would be very suitable for a disabled person. Very central, one street behind the front. We didn't have breakfast but I am sure it was good too!

The staff here are nice, especially the young girl who checked us in. It’s in a great location in the town, just off the marina. The room was very clean, it had a little kitchenette, but it’s a little expensive for what it is though...

This is a perfect hotel for a short or long stay in the warm sunny French Riviera: that is why we went. Buses take an hour and go directly from Nice airport straight to St Raphael station (300 meters from Hotel) at a cost of Eu 20 per person.

The Hotel is very near the town center and 100 meters from the beach and restaurants. But its very quiet. I hate noisy hotel rooms and these are peaceful. Rooms are really well pointed with modern decor and have brilliant showers. Talking to the manager it turns out they put special systems in to ensure loads of hot water: and it works.

Breakfasts are really good but if you do not want them there is a local market very close to the Hotel. Ask for the special beach deal at the nearby restaurant.

The staff are really great too. A perfect little hotel.

The hotel is in a great position near the town centre and beach. There is no parking included but public parking is really close and you can easily pull up and unload the car at the hotel prior to moving to the parking (14 euros for 24hours)
The welcome we got was great and the rooms which are new and sparkling are really comfortable - and quiet. We opted to to take breakfast and it was great - fab coffee, fresh orange, fresh fruit and yoghurt plus a very full basket of bread and assorted pastries. Good value at 12.5 euros.
Would highly recommend this property and Saint Raphael.
