Doesn't even come close to the original. It missed the mark by a mile. Unless you're one of those "I don't like subtitled movies because I get can't read and watch it at the same time" people, just stick to the original film. If you have seen the original, don't waste your time on this one because you will most certainly be disappointed. On that note, don't just watch the original movie. Watch all three. I promise you won't be disappointed by any of them.

An English language remake almost the same as the Danish version, so in that respect it's not a bad film. Decent if you've not seen the Danish original, a lesser film if you have.

As usual it's nothing remake and when compared to the original it feels far too inferior. However, on its own merits its a tense, edgy thriller with a solid central performance by Richard Coyle.

Let's take a great Danish small-time gangster movie and give it the 'Lock Stock' treatment shall we? How about let's not? No amount of fancy lighting and camerawork can make this film hide what it really is...pretty pointless.
