- A drug lord is eviscerated by a rival gang in a sacrificial voodoo ritual, and his heart is cut out from his body. The film shows the knife enter his torso but the camera cuts away at the point where his heart is removed with only a brief blurry view from the side of what's going on, and you can't see anything else, only the guy holding his heart after the deed is done (which is hidden mostly as well).
- A thug is pinned against a wall by a net made out of razor wire, which has been shot at him at high speed. The camera then shows a close up of the thug's face as the razor wire presses into his skin in a lattice pattern and blood starts to pour out.
- A thug is impaled when the Predator comes up behind him and sticks his wrist blades through his torso, and then proceeds to hoist the thug high into the air. No blood is shown.
- A thug gets speared through his body by the Predator's weapon. No blood is shown.
- A thug is grabbed by the neck, hoisted upwards and pinned to the ceiling of a subway carriage, presumably strangled to death.
- A street thug is struck in the neck by a bladed object (not shown), you see blood coming out of the wound and gurgling noises.
- A street thug is partially thrown head first through the window of a subway carriage. The upper body of his corpse is shown from the outside hanging half in/half out of the glass window.
- A commuter is shot to death and falls on a protagonist, partially covering him in blood. A dead gang member is thrown on another protagonist, covering her face in blood.
- A room full of the skinned corpses of drug gang members is shown, all hanging from the ceiling (the actual skinning happens offscreen). In one instance, a protagonist is startled by one skinned corpse in the dark, and shines his torch directly at the carcass thus illuminating its face in graphic, bloody detail.
- A thug is shot by a laser cannon, blood is seen on the walls.
- A thug is shot in the head by the Predator spear tip weapon. No blood is shown.
- Several government agents are skewered with a spear weapon and hurled around through the air, but they are wearing bulky space suits, so no blood is shown, only sparks from the equipment they're wearing.
- A running theme throughout the film is lots of characters choking each other violently. One is even grabbed by the balls.
- A reporter keeps asking a policeman unwanted questions. The policeman punches the reporter out cold.
- Lots of gun fights, sometimes very graphic showing bloody bullet wounds and gore.
- A group of people are shown dead. There's a lot of blood and graphic wounds on the people.
- Several people are shown skinned (but it's very hard to see).
- A man is decapitated and we see the Predator carrying his head.

- A man is cut in half, we see his legs fall to the ground and blood pour.
- Two men's heads are ripped off (one happens offscreen, the other too far away to make out).

- Mike changes his shirt at the department due his previous one being covered in sweat. Very brief.
- One of the characters cracks a joke about his underwear being full of urine, stool, and semen.

- Predator struggles Leona his her abdomen inside pregnant baby's heartbeat rapidly (thermal vision inside her stomach and their pregnant womb)

- A thug snorts some cocaine and even puts it on his arm wound.
Frightening & Intense Scenes
- There is a scene of a naked man being hung upside down by rival drug gangs. They mark his torso with animal blood to show the point where they will eviscerate him, and then mercilessly taunt him while he begs for his life, and then they ritualistically sacrifice him with a large blade, using it to cut his heart out from his body, all while his terrified girlfriend is forced by the drug gang to watch the whole ordeal. This whole scene from start to finish is, by action movie standards, very intense and disturbing.
- There is an intense scene where the Predator attacks a subway train killing several victims including an armed police officer. The train is stopped by a female police officer who proceeds to check the attacked train, finding several bloody bodies hanging, and is attacked by the Predator.
