We buy ,sell, and trade slightly used designer and casual brand name clothing and accessories for teens,young adults and casual women and men 25-45. Many of our items have never been worn. We are selective because our customers are selective and demand quality. Ask yourself if you would buy your item if you saw it in our store. If you wouldn't buy it, we probably won't either. We do not buy business attire or mature women brands. We are a resale shop, not consignment. We pay cash for items that will sell well in our store to our target market. We don't accept clothing in trash bags-It doesn't present well, and tends to wrinkle and take on the smell of the bag. We are a for profit business, so decisions we make on clothing are business decisions, not personal. Taking this approach will insure our customers get the quality goods for which they are shopping, and it insures the best possible price for the seller. Our store is fun. You can always find unique values.

We had other things to do aswell so it really was super inconsiderate. When I brought it up the lady just said oh we got busy. I wish they would've called us and let us know so we could've gotten some other stuff done. Also stuff is priced high here. I saw a shein shirt that costs 9.99 on shein priced 12 dollars.

"This is the worst customer service I've encountered. I arrived at 6:10, and the teenager not only refused to look at my items but also stated that they stop assisting at 6:00. Despite explaining my long journey, there's no mention of a 6:00 PM rule on your website. I used to frequent another branch where such restrictions were never communicated; their approach was markedly rude,

Racist and picky

Brand new with tags northface is worth more than $15. always. This has happen on more then one occasion. I think they take advantag.

It sucks bc i asked the girl what they were in demand to buy, and she said "idk i just have to see it". i brought 2 bags of clothes, and they bought 1 item (i originally purchased for $30) for $3... yet they have racks full of clothes from shein. Some of the clothes are cute tho. I don't really get the vibe here. The location in fairfax is a lot better
