Phantom Studios LLC. is an independent American film company founded by GlideFan C. Mikkelson in March 2021. It was formed after the shutdown of Azul Gemstone Partners after the failed NancerGemstone merger. The company also has the film distribution labels Fredbear Studios, Crimson Entertainment, Funbox Entertainment, and Mercy Films. The company is currently owned and operated by the New DOM.
