Paula S. F. Marshall (Age 74)
Of Washington, DC, passed away on September 12, 2021. A retiree of the District of Columbia Government and a devoted Howard University Alumna. Survived by her siblings, Antonio Emanuel and Richard Senior (Mary); nephew, Phillip Francis (Jamilla); step-mother, Jewell Senior; step-children, Lewis Marshall (Brenda), Peter Marshall (Debbie) and John Marshall (Christina); grandchildren, nephews, great-nieces, cousins and friends too numerous to mention. Memorial service on Tuesday, September 21, 2021, 11 a.m., at St. Paul's Episcopal Church Social Hall, 201 Allison St. NW, Washington, DC 20011. Service will be live streamed at www.mcguire-services.com. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation on her behalf to her beloved Howard University.

Condolences to the family of Paula Marshall upon this great loss. Paula and I worked for the same agency many years ago. We were also, both members of NCNW. I remember the last time I saw her was before the pandmic and we were both coming out of the Giant at Blair Plaza. It was a pleasure to have known her over the years. I will miss her.

My BFF since elementary school. Sooo many memories, tears, laughter, pains and gains, secrets and living life. I thank God for our friendship and love for each other..a rare relationship treasured forever.
