New week, new Viking wearing the chains.
Patrick Peterson, who helped seal the Vikings’ 33-30 comeback win over the Bills on Sunday, rocked chains while dancing shirtless on the flight home from Buffalo.
The dance pays homage to Kirk Cousins, who quickly went viral after dancing shirtless with diamond chains on the flight home from Washington last week.
Cousins’ moves impressed many, so much that ESPN’s Adam Schefter parodied the dance, and look, during last week’s “Monday Night Football” broadcast.
Peterson deserves to wear the chains. The eight-time Pro Bowl cornerback intercepted a Josh Allen throw while in the endzone to seal another Vikings win. You can hear one of his teammates yell “The Closer!” in the video.
Minnesota has broken out as one of the best teams in the NFL so far this season with a 8-1 record.
