Tripadvisor’s approach to reviews
Before posting, each Tripadvisor review goes through an automated tracking system, which collects information, answering the following questions: how, what, where and when. If the system detects something that potentially contradicts our community guidelines, the review is not published.
When the system detects a problem, a review may be automatically rejected, sent to the reviewer for validation, or manually reviewed by our team of content specialists, who work 24/7 to maintain the quality of the reviews on our site.
Our team checks each review posted on the site disputed by our community as not meeting our community guidelines.

- cain12Gainesville, GA5 contributionsThe hospital was very nice, clean, etc. not a lot of people speak English but it was a good experienceWritten 4 November 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- FuzzyBeaverMontreal, Canada1,268 contributionsThey have an extensive Rodin collection both inside the museum and in adjacent garden. Some great pieces including many famous ones. The temporary special "Morris Hirshfield Rediscovered" is not to be missed. The curator did a great job presenting the breath of his works and the background. Lots of great exhibits throughout the permanent galleries. A bite-size snapshot of a breath of time and art forms. Certainly the bargain of the century being free entry.Written 14 January 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - eeeCupertino, CA93 contributionsI really like coming to SSC. It is a very large mall and its like Santana row but like twice as good. There is a large variety of restaurants and high end stores. Must do if you are in Palo Alto.Written 3 September 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Corey PWashington DC, DC4 contributionsI went here based on the great reviews and I had an amazing experience. Stayed for almost two hours and it wasn't nearly enough time to immerse myself as much as I would have. I'm not exactly an art buff, nor a nature buff, but as someone who loves to travel and learn, I found so much to enjoy in this unique artwork. The audio tour accompaniment - especially getting to hear the artist himself navigate you through his work - was a great addition. The museum staff were lovely, as well.Written 25 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
- Amandine L10 contributionsDuring our stay in Palo Alto visting family, we happened to see that there was the Fred Astaire film festival from Feb until April 2024, Friday to Sunday. I wanted to see this magnificent theatre and being able to see a Fred Astaire movie was the greatest occasion! It was magical, this theatre which dates back to the 1920s is so beautiful! The red velvet curtains, the original movie posters, the balcony 😍 and the organist who played jazz classics in-between movies. It was such a great experience ❤️❤️❤️ you should definitely visit this theatre!Written 3 March 2024This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - TravelWarrior200Pasadena, CA176 contributionsBeautiful mosaics on the outside and inside. Extraordinary organ music when someone is practicing and/or during a service or concert. The church had been destroyed in the 1906 earthquake and badly damaged in another earthquake 25 years ago but has been fully restored and well worth a visit.Written 19 January 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. - travelingCAgalSan Diego, CA804 contributionsWhile strolling through Palo Alto we decided to check out this little National Historic site. - Cella Bella BooLos Gatos, CA23 contributionsParking was a pain - took us 15 minutes to get there but 20 minutes to find side street parking. There are only a few spots and they were all full. The four-mile walk was gorgeous - sunny, warm, breezy - green rolling hills, lovely views. The uphills were steep but not too long; my boyfriend and I had no problems. The loop is fully and smoothly paved. No pets allowed so Cella had to stay home. The front gate lady was really friendly and cheered for us as we finished. We will definitely go back again!Written 28 March 2023This review is the subjective opinion of a Tripadvisor member and not of Tripadvisor LLC. Tripadvisor performs checks on reviews.
