Overall Palo Alto is a really nice place to live. It's moderate weather, highly rated public schools, and plethora of resources offer a high quality of life.
I really enjoyed my time in Palo Alto. It has many great shopping districts, and is super fun to be in. Palo Alto is very close to other cities as well. I would say however, that there are a lot of boogie stores, therefore, finding a job at 17 is a little difficult.
It’s my second year stay in Palo Alto. It is such an excellent place with nice weather (almost sunny everyday!) it is also really safe, no fear to walk out alone during midnight. Loved it!
