in 1979, it began as Don Bluth Productions. in 1985, Don Bluth Productions was folded into Sullivan Bluth Studios. in 1992, Sullivan Bluth Studios was renamed as Don Bluth Entertainment. in 1994, Don Bluth Entertainment was renamed Fox Animation Studios. in 1997, Fox Animation Studios was merged into Pacific Bay Entertainment.
