I LOVE this place! The Hulk roller coaster has been one of my favorites for years! I’m a roller coaster fanatic. The new Jurassic World VelociCoaster is unbelievable!!! I had a three year old and a baby with me and there were many things for them to do and see as well. They have the cutest Dr. Seuss area for kids. If you are a Harry Potter fan this place is a must see. Unfortunately, Harry Potter and the forbidden journey ride was down during this visit which was super disappointing! This is my favorite of the two Universal parks.

Everything about this experience was AMAZING. John was our host, and his customer service and positive energy were unmatched! I did NOT expect that level of service, and I'm so thrilled. I can't say enough how happy we are with the whole experience. It was equal parts luxury, educational, and fun. It truly is paradise! And my teenage son had a blast (that's saying something). We WILL be back with the whole family. 100.

Honestly, what can I say that hasn't already been said? I remember every visit, including my very first one. I was 6 years old, and I still remember being scared to death of the witch in the Snow White's Adventures. There was no Snow White. Just this big, ugly, and scary witch. Well, all of that changed over the years. Now, it's not even there anymore. I remember when Mr. Toad's Wild Ride & If You Had Wings were popular. All gone! Fortunately, I already knew this before going into the park that day.

What was cool is that they have some newer rides. They also updated an old favorite. But most of the rides, were almost exactly the same. The nostalgia was still there for both of us. We even shared memories of past visits. It was a fun & magical trip down memory lane.

The highlight for me was the Festival of Fantasy Parade. The floats were amazing! Disney really knows how to put on a show. Just about everyone in the park showed up to line the streets for the 3 pm start time. The My Disney Experience app kept us informed about every event. You could choose to go to the parade, or take advantage of shorter lines during that time. It's all up to you.

Another highlight was the Seven Dwarfs Mine Train. What a great coaster ride! I think it would be even better at night time. Having a MagicBand+ for this experience was also fun, and made everything so much easier. It automatically links your ride pictures to your photo gallery on this ride. We received a cool video of our mine train in action. All the pictures & videos can be saved to your phone from the gallery. There is no additional charge associated with saving them to your phone. Unfortunately, there are still other rides that you need to use a touch point to get pictures.

Yes, there are a few cons. You really need to study up on MagicBand+, Genie, Genie+, and Individual Lightning Lane to make the most of your visit. It's all confusing & frustrating in the very beginning before you even get to Disney World. It will all start making sense to you after your first window of opportunity to select them (at the park). Don't let it ruin your trip. You don't need to be on your phone the entire time. Most of the rides have standby lanes. There are only a few of the newer and most popular rides that go strictly by virtual queue or individual lightning lane (fast lane purchase). In this case, the virtual queue replaces the standby queue. Waiting in a long line is still a thing at the theme parks regardless of whether you're in a virtual queue or a standby queue. Just remember that. I also must say that everything is much more expensive than it used to be. You can buy water at stadium prices, or you can just bring your own. You may start to feel nickel & dimed after a while. Is it the Disney way? Hmm.

With all of that said, it was still a very memorable trip. I still feel like a kid going there for the first time. It never gets old for me.

So, after a day of heatstroke and throwing up at Magic Kingdom, we headed on over to Universal Studios. The layout was ten times easier to navigate than Disney. The rides and attreactions were awesome! My Kids had a blast! The biggest downfall was the "Express Pass". The regular ticket was $149 and to add the express pass was another $202!! Crazy! Disney's Lighning passes were $29.

So, that said I wanted to write this review mainly because of the interaction I had with one of their team members. As I waited for my "monions" to depart Kang and Kodos Twirl, I chatted with a young man named Neil Boodram. We chatted about where he was from and how he got to Universal. I told him about myself and the prior day as I was stealing some shade under his umbrella. LOL Neil was genuinely sorry for my expereince and offered me some single use express passes for my family. I was floored! Are you kidding me? Who does that these days? Then, he walked us over to the Simpsons ride an escorted us on. Becuase the room on the Simpsons ride malfunctioned, he offered us more passes! I was floored!

I can't comment enough on the hospitality of Neil. He made our day and then some. As a retired manager of a major goverment Liquor Store, Neil is the kind of team member I looked for when hiring and I'm sure is an asset to the Unversal family.

    Thanks Neil!

So many people go after the big parks, and they miss out on old time fun. They may not have all the robots and dramatic effects, but they are consistent on a good time for a family.
You can visit for free with an armband the gator venue here at the park. We were so pleased to see Lucas introducing us to muffin, it was a great experience. Had a chance to meet Emma who took care of us in our bill at Johnny Rockets, when we made a mistake. Everything is so pleasant here when you communicate your needs.

A spotlessly clean venue - which whilst majoring on food and drinks has something for everyone.
Top of the range restaurants and snacks.
Lots of live entertainment and the venue for cirque de soleil - well worth a visit.
An enjoyable place to just wander around !
Lots of free car parking available.

The place where dreams come true. From entering the park to leaving it felt like you were in the magical world of Disney. We entered the park at opening and left at closing clocking up some serious step counts when we were there.

The food is pricey but you expect that. The usual tat was brought from the gift shops.

The family loved it and created those special family moments that will last a lifetime.

We probably spent longer here than at any other Orlando theme park. The Dolphin show and nursery, Stingrays, Aquariums, Manatees, Wild Arctic and Orca Encounter were all excellent. We also enjoyed the kiddies rides at Sesame Street. We opted for All Day Dining as you can't take food into the park - what a mistake! We arrived early and were in Sea Fire Grill at 9am only to find that they weren't ready to serve breakfast. Throughout the day the choice of children's food was pitiful and unhealthy; I think one of the kids had chicken nuggets and fries three times. The situation for our vegetarian adult was even worse. The attitude and helpfulness of staff around the park compared very poorly with that of the staff in the Disney parks. Come on Sea World - you can do better than this!

We had a lovely day here. We were lucky enough to get a family cabana, which was worth doing for a private space, it also came with unlimited soft drinks. It is a shame that Blizzard Beach was closed as we used to love visiting both Disney water parks, I hope that they can have both parks open at the same time soon. There are some really fun attractions here, the water coaster is great fun, as well as some raft rides and body slides. It is a shame that they got rid of the shark pool as I loved this experience! As much as I love this park, I have to say that Volcano Bay has the edge over this one!
