I had the pleasure of taking a day trip to the falls with a business colleague after finishing work sooner then expected.
What a great spot. Really unique exeriance to see this amazing attraction.
Lots of neat old buildings and history in this area. Love the Nikola Tesla area. Really want to take my wife so we can experiance this together. It would really romantic to get a night at the Marriott overlooking this amazing area in our country.

A fantastic experience glad we went. The views were spectacular the food was excellent, thought the drinks were overpriced with all the taxes and tips it works out expensive. I thought the waiter in the end was ignorant once the bill was cleared totally Ignored us as we said goodbye upon leaving, apart from that thanks for the experience.

Excellent produce market in old Toronto. Great selection of meats, fish cheese and a really nice ambiance. Home also of the famous bacon sandwich and it doesn't disappoint. Opens at nine in the morning.
This is a good market but having recently been to Valencia market it pales.

Lovely little place to visit but I imagine it's really busy in the summer. We visited in April 2024 and it was quiet and most food outlets etc were closed but it's a nice walk with scenic views so worth it. Would be good for kids if you want to entertain them for a few hours in easy reach of the city.

Center Block is under massive construction, so inaccessible. Western and Eastern Blocks are open for tours. Great tour guide, very quick. Some opportunities for photos, but have to hurry. Plenty of time to roam around the campus on the outside for pictures.

Back here at ROM on Tue, Dec 19, for another 3rd Tuesday Night Free event (4:30PM-8:30PM). We arrived before 5PM, Queen's Park museum entrance was locked (with a note to use main entrance) so had to go around the block to Bloor St W to get in. Futalognkosaurus area of the main lobby was quite busy. Apparently, we weren't the only ones who planned a free night at the museum. We headed straight to the elevators to get to level 3 where we had a quick look at the European period rooms and current life jacket art installation. Got a little lost when we couldn't locate some Asia exhibits we've seen last time. Encountered some closed off galleries so went back to the elevator lobby. Son volunteered to grab a map guide before we continued on. We then took a peek at Byzantium, Rome and Egypt galleries then segued to gender-neutral washrooms with multiple private stalls equipped with touchless toilet, faucet and hand dryer, still on level 3. From here, we found our way to the Rotunda where we posed for photos with the lovely mosaic dome as background. We headed to the newest permanent gallery on level 2, unveiled in Dec 2021, Dawn of Life, where we saw Fractofusus and a massive Dunkleosteus fish bronze cast. At the end of this gallery is a set of doors that open directly to where Gordo the Barosaurus is located. Of course, a visit to the Age of Dinosaurs gallery wouldn't be complete without a brief stop at the T-Rex. However, it got crowded here pretty fast so we left after a couple of obligatory photos. We only stayed an hour inside the museum so admittedly didn't see a lot. We plan to visit ROM again to explore those permanent galleries we haven't seen in years.

Amazing food, service and atmosphere. Loved every moment at Casa Loma. I highly recommend having dinner at Casa Loma, as prices were fair with the portions and taste of the food. Top shelve all the way around

My partner and I visited this winery based on reviews we saw while searching on google. When we arrived we were sat in the downstairs area as the normal tasting room was booked for a trolley tour (so make sure you go when they can cater to the random travellers and not the large amount of guests they receive from trolleys) The only reason we gave it 5 stars and not 3 was because of Bex. She was awesome. She was super knowledgable of the wines and gave us great tips for tasting the ice wine (like holding your nose....who would've thought?). She was super personable and easy to talk with. You can tell she enjoys what she does. Chateau des Charmes....you are lucky to have Bex!

This is a superb complex in old Toronto. Lots of bars, cafes ,shops and art galleries. A great place to wander around and visit the numerous bars, especially the gin distillery.

Who knew? Comprehensive, thought provoking and very much "tell it like it was". Fascinating collections. Particularly liked the historical aspect of the museums offerings....tracing conflict from the earliest days...skirmishes amongst first nations peoples, to contact with European explorers and eventually settlers. And then of course Canada's participation in conflicts over the years...English vs French (the battles of these two great colonial empires), Canadian (comprising English, French and indigenous) with our big neighbour to the south. And then Canadian participation as the loyal British dominion in WW1 and WW2. A lot more history here than most Canadians realize. And if you are a military machinery fan, lots of tanks and armaments to gaze at. You really need 3 -4 hours to do the museum proud..or plan to come back another day. Underground parking ($13..pretty reasonable). The tours I had hoped for not available (staffing shortages) so check first by phone.
