We are a family of 3.,Scheduled to arrive in Egypt on 16th December for 2 weeks. The tour plan includes Nile cruise from Aswan to Luxor. We are vaccinated but my 10 year old daughter is not. Also not sure what new regulations may come up in next 2 weeks regarding flight operations and quarantine. So thinking of deferring the trip for the time being and plan it again later when situation improves. Soliciting expert opinions here in this forum. Thanks in advance.
I have the same concern like u too,we're family of 5 & 2 child not vaccinated yet.
But we decided to keep going, even though when we come back home later we need to do hotel&home quarantine for 7days+2x PCR test bcause this sudden new rule.
I don't know when this pandemic even gonna be better, one thing I know every holiday season there always be new 'surprise'.
I guess I choose just to 'live' with it.
For preparation from now, I keep warn them always keep wear mask indoor & outdoor. Don't get 'tempted' as other people not doing it. & keep distance from anyone.
& pray for miracle everyday no more 'shocking' panic news of new rules.
