Netflix has confirmed that Jonathan Bailey will make a cameo appearance in Heartstopper season 3.
The Bridgerton actor will play a small role in the new episodes of the hit show as Jack Maddox, "Charlie's Instagram-famous crush".
Bailey's involvement in the next season has been rumoured for a while, but now a new short clip released by the streaming platform shows the actor in character for the first time – complete with the trademark Heartstopper cartoon leaves.

In further exciting news, Marvel star Hayley Atwell and Back to Black's Eddie Marsan have also been confirmed for roles in Heartstopper's third season.
Alice Oseman, the show's creator and writer, said in a statement: "I am incredibly excited to be welcoming three new cast members to the Heartstopper family.
"Hayley Atwell joins the Nelson family as Nick’s Aunt Diane, who takes Nick on a summer holiday to Menorca and has some tough advice to impart about his relationship.
"Eddie Marsan will be portraying a beloved character from the graphic novels: Geoff, Charlie’s wise and straight-talking therapist. And lastly, Jonathan Bailey will be making a cameo appearance as Jack Maddox, an Instagram-famous classicist and celebrity crush of Charlie."

She added: "It was an absolute joy to see Hayley, Eddie and Jonathan’s talent alongside our existing cast, and I can’t wait for the Heartstopper fans to meet these new characters."
Filming on Heartstopper season three wrapped last December, and the eight new episodes are confirmed to arrive on Netflix this October.
This starry new casting announcement comes as Olivia Colman, who plays Nick's mum Sarah in the show, revealed last month that she won't be appearing in season three – though she didn't rule out returning should the series get a fourth season.
"I couldn't do number three," she said in an interview. "I couldn't fit it in. I feel awful about that. I feel like I was part of one of the most beautiful things I've ever been part of."
Heartstopper seasons 1-2 are streaming on Netflix. Season 3 will premiere on Netflix in October.
