My house underwent a major remodel last year and I turned to Oliver Parker based on my neighbors recommendation of contractors. I saw his house amazingly transform and wanted the same for mine. Oliver is much more than just your average contractor, as his background is in architecture and project management and so he was able to conceptualize and design ideas better than anything I could come up with. He is fair, honest, and experienced. He took my house from a dated, shabby fixer-upper and elevated it into a sleek, modern gem inside and out with new cabinets, lights, paint, floors, etc. He knocked down the walls of the kitchen and turned my house into an open floorplan. He found a way to enlarge the master bathroom when I didn't think it was possible. He completed everything on time, and was there supervising the other workers every day to keep them on track. His attention to detail is incredible, and caught and corrected some flaws and mistakes that I wouldn't have even noticed myself. I was so impressed with his services that I used him again several months later to redo my backyard and pool area with new pool plaster, building an outdoor shower and firepit, remodeling the patio area and adding more lights. Again, Oliver took my very basic ideas, added his own designs and turned my backyard into an impressive oasis.
