Olga Yuryevna Dihovichnaya, née Golyak (Russian: О́льга Ю́рьевна Дыхови́чная; born 4 September 1980) is a Belarusian and Russian actress and director. Her filmography includes the science fiction thriller Life (2017).
Biography[edit]
In 1997, she graduated from the Lyceum at Belarusian State University and worked for a year for Belarusian television as host of their program Утренний коктейль (“Morning Cocktail”). The following year she moved to Moscow to work for the television company VID, marrying the screenwriter-director Ivan Dykhovichny (1947–2009) and commencing her study of directing in the Moscow workshop of Aleksei Yuryevich German (1938–2013) and Svetlana Igorevna Karmalita (1940–2017). In the early 2000s, she and her husband worked at the «Воля» (Volia) studio, where she directed a number of documentary and television films. Since 2010, she has managed the 2morrow/Завтра International Independent Film Festival and is also a producer for 2morrowFilms film company.
