Perfect view with pool and delicious breakfast
regarding the Above , very nice place but the chair not comfortable and the weather problems (hot and humidity) need more A/C

My wife & I spent 4 nights here on the way to Europe, we were not disappointed. From the moment we arrived the attention & service of the staff was outstanding. The room was large, very well appointed & spotless. It's location in relation to the fantastic Dubai Mall, Burj Khalifa & Metro is superb. The walk to the incredible Dubai Mall is via an air conditioned tunnel & 7 travelators that have you there in about 15mins without any effort at all. Without question this is where we will always stay in Dubai-:)

We stayed at this hotel in mid November 2014. From the moment you step in the feeling is of luxury. Great staff, great room and great location.
We stayed at the 21st floor, and I would recommed the higher floor for the views. We had a great stay.
The lounge access (which is included in the club rooms and suites) is very nice and quiet. Great start to the day with a calm and plentyfull breakfast. Great selection. The afternoon tea is great. We went every day before heading out for the evening.
The location can not be better. Just by the metro station and walking distance from Dubai mall, Burj Khalifa and the fountain. Situated basically in the middle of Dubai which results in easy and fast access to anywhere. Just a 10 min walk to Dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa through a air conditioned above ground tunnel from the Metro station which is 150 from the hotel entrance.
Even in mid-November the temperature was around 29 degrees Celcius and sunny. The pool is heated and plenty of sunbeds and great service by the staff.
The gym was fully equiped (for my work-out at least) and complimentary energy bars, drinks, towels and fruit.
Used the hotel car service for transfer to the airport at 5 am. It turned out to be cheaper than a standard taxi. Just 70AED to the airport in one of the hotel Lexus sedans. Perfect service.
The rooms are spotless with floor to celing windows for unbeatable views. We stayed at 2115 which was about 62 sqm with a enormous bathroom with a huge tub, greatly enjoyed by our 2 year old daughter. The bed is an oversized (210 cm*210cm) kingsized bed with cloudlike duvet and pillows.
Truly recommend this hotel for anyone wether on business or leisure, couples or families.

Hotel is loaded with all amenities including swimming pool, restaurants, meeting room and conference room with well decorated rooms. Nice place for business meetings and conferences. Hotel is adjacent to Burj Khalifa and near to the Metro link

This is a very modern, very comfortable hotel with all the facilities you would expel in this type of 5 star in Dubai. Check in and out was smooth, the room was fantastic and spacious, the pool areas, bar restaurant etc was very good and reasonably priced ( for Dubai). My only complaint was that even though the wifi signal was very strong throughout the hotel the Internet speed was shockingly slow even by Dubai standards. They did try and fix this whilst I was there but to no avail. If you need to do simple email etc it's fine but try downloading a work presentation or connecting to an office vpn and the connection will keep dropping.
This is a great hotel with friendly staff in a great location.
