The premise is, as follows: "Snow is falling. The holidays are coming. The Littlest Pet Shop pets are in the depths of despair. Pepper Clark is missing. Blythe Baxter has lost the plot. Her best friends are out in the cold. And the notorious Biskit twins are ready to make their move."
