264 of the Criminal Code of Russia (Violation of the rules of the road and the operation of vehicles, resulting in the death of two or more persons by negligence, committed by a person in a state of intoxication), ”the statement said.
It is noted that the alleged perpetrator of the accident faces imprisonment for a term of eight to fifteen years.
