Haaland talks about intense title race
Haaland, speaking to Sky Sports, said, “The most important thing is to not think [about the title race], especially in these moments. It’s about taking it day by day. Honestly, if you overthink you’re going to be crazy in your head. So relax, enjoy and focus on the next one.”

‘Important win’, says City’s top scorer Haaland
Haaland, who got on the score sheet after returning from an injury, told Sky Sports: “It’s good to be back. It’s an important win. It doesn’t matter how we do it, it’s about winning.
“We know where they [Forest] are in the table, we knew it was going to be a fight. The pitch wasn’t the best, but we can’t complain about these things. It’s about winning and that’s exactly what we did.
“Three points. Get in. Shower. Think of the next.”

Relegation battle
At the bottom of the table, things are getting interesting, too.
Today’s defeat keeps Forest in the 17th spot with 26 points. They are one point ahead of third-bottom Luton Town and two points ahead of second-bottom Burnley.
Bottom side Sheffield United, on 16 points, have already been assured of relegation.
Forest have three games remaining: Sheffield United (away), Chelsea (home) and Burnley (away).

Intense title race continues
Reigning champions Manchester City remain second in the league standings, with 79 points, just a point behind Arsenal. City, however, have a game in hand.
Guardiola’s side have four games remaining this season: Wolves (home), Fulham (away), Spurs (away), and West Ham (home).
Arsenal have three games to go: Bournemouth (home), Man United (away) and Everton (home).
City are looking to win their fourth straight league title, while Arsenal last won in 2003-04 – the famous “Invincibles” season.

Full time: Forest 0-2 Man City
Gvardiol’s first-half header and a second-half strike by substitute Haaland have handed City a win over Forest.
Forest looked dangerous in attack, especially in the second half, but they lacked the composure to finish off the chances.
