The chemistry between the two leads is palpable from the beginning. Quirky, light-hearted and fun...[You'll] be swept away. - --The Film Review

And this movie also struggles with an identity crisis. It can't settle between a romantic comedy or a quirky independent film about writing, so it fails to nail on either. This makes things like sappy rom-com hijynx feel out of place, and glosses over everything about writer's block and the creative process.
And curiously, why is this product description written about the pusblisher's character when the main character of this movie is clearly the author?
Just like in real life.
Great flick minus one star for poor story line.
Male lead never pays for or even admits all of his bad behavior, and female lead never has to learn to stop throwing tantrums whenever she doesn't get 100% of what she wants, so I guess they're perfect for each other?

I was already fond of Scotland and this film is filmed on a low budget in Glasgow with Scottish actors. Stanley Weber gives it a French touch, a remembrance of the old Scottish and French alliance (against the English).
As a bonus there is the trailer and interviews with the director and producer.
