Tim Brayton Antagony & Ecstasy "Boring" doesn't do the film justice. Its stultifying tediousness cannot be hemmed in by such a narrow adjective. Rated: 1/10 Aug 22, 2010 Full Review Read all reviews

Carlos I The amount of years I spent trying to track down a copy of this, only to finally be awarded THIS?! I mean, I guess I shouldn't be all that surprised, it's a Z-Grade film on a zero budget, only made as notorious as it is by landing itself on the video nasties list. Sure, there are some laughs to be had, and the gore is decent at times, but that Samsquantch looks laughably bad. Kudos to whoever made all those gory GIFs from this all those years ago that got me hooked on trying to see it. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 11/27/22 Full Review Audience Member If you don’t enjoy this movie you’re not allowed in my house… absolute thrill ride right to the end Rated 4.5 out of 5 stars 03/21/22 Full Review Audience Member 2.5 out of 5 stars. Over-the-top film dealing with anthropology students tracking Bigfoot through the backwoods. Bigfoot doesn't take too kindly to this, and disappears a lot of people. Most of the mutilations are presented via flashback (also shown is Bigfoot forcefully making a half-breed on a lady). This isn't at all related to the 1957 film by the same name (which actually had a demon). Pretty much what you'd expect from a film which was on the infamous "Nasties" list drawn up by UK censors. Rated 2.5 out of 5 stars 02/02/23 Full Review Audience Member Night of The Demon could have been so much better. The problem with Bigfoot movies is they do come off as a tiny bit creepy, but they're always so dark you can barely see anything and there's rarely any action. If this film was less bright and less goofy I would have enjoyed it more. The way the Bigfoot is a psycho and a creative killer, it had potential, if it wasn't so silly. And the whole thing with the girl was just weird and made the movie more awkward. The only thing I like about it is the blaring soundtrack, the bloody Bigfoot footprint, and the ending credits for some reason give me the creeps. Rated 1.5 out of 5 stars 01/28/23 Full Review Audience Member The only bigfoot movie you ever need to see! This is one pissed of primate! He mashes people, disembowels, dismembers and even tears off one unlucky bastard's Johnson!!! Yikes... of course you'll have to slog through a ridiculous story with the usual inept acting but for those of us with patience it's good gory fun Rated 4 out of 5 stars 01/20/23 Full Review Audience Member Wow, Bigfoot's a total dick. Pure grindhouse-y goodness (so... badness, but entertainingly so). Rated 3 out of 5 stars 02/13/23 Full Review Read all reviews Post a rating
