艾莉卡·茱莉亞·海德薇格·曼（Erika Julia Hedwig Mann 1905年11月9日—1969年8月27日）是一名德國女演員、作家，托馬斯·曼的女兒。她是一名堅定地反納粹人士，二戰期間曾為BBC擔任戰地記者，戰後參加了紐倫堡審判。戰後她移民美國，但由於批評美國的外交政策而被視為共產主義者，因此離開美國，之後定居瑞士直至去世。

她出生於慕尼黑，是托馬斯·曼和凱蒂婭·曼之女，母親有猶太人的血統[1][2]，她的名字來自於她的舅舅埃里克（Erik）。 她年輕時喜歡戲劇，曾在她哥哥克勞斯·曼的戲劇作品中出演。1926年和演員古斯塔夫·格林德根斯結婚[3]，但在1929年離婚。
納粹統治期間她逃離德國，和威斯坦·休·奧登假結婚以換取英國國籍。戰期間曾為BBC擔任戰地記者，1945年11月20日參加了紐倫堡審判。1946年5月，她離開德國前往美國。
她在美國仍持續抨擊戰後對納粹的處理，認為對威廉·富特文格勒等人的處理過於寬大[4]。她對待蘇聯和柏林空運的態度使得她被視為共產主義者，因此和哥哥克勞斯一起遭受FBI盤查。克勞斯在1949年自殺，她則在1952年前往瑞士。1969年，她因腦部腫瘤在蘇黎世逝世，並在當地下葬[5][6]。
