Didn't find anything to dislike in this movie. Most of the places depicted in the movie were places I had gone to myself with the family when I was young. The ones that I hadn't gone to were well explored and presented. It was only a little short as I was enjoying seeing all those places again, which brought back many fond memories. I didn't have a video camera when I visited most of those places. Now I have some videos to remember those places..

Shout Factory is a descriptive name for this presentation. I disconnected my center speaker during the second "viewing". I thought the Nature sounds were wonderful in Dolby Atmos but they were constantly OBLITERATED by the Narration. The spacious animal calls from all directions as the thunder rolls in from the distance to NARRATION THAT KNOCKS YOUR SOCKS OFF AND THREATENS TO DAMAGE YOUR 7.2.1 SPEAKERS. A babbling brook with a sorrowful bear learning 25 ways to not catch a salmon. HE'S HAVING A HARD TIME TRYING TO FIGURE OUT JUST HOW TO GET A MEAL.
I would love it if there was an option of turning of narration and/or music on this type of Nature Filming. I unplugged my center speaker which made the narration less IN YOUR FACE but did not remove it entirely because the sound engineer also routed it through the Left/Right speakers as well. In the parts of the film without narration and/or music the sounds of nature were mesmerizing. I turned of my lights and my TV and listened to the spectacular sounds that were all around me. Sounds from above, behind, panning from hard right front to hard left rear. Thunder rolling in from the distant right.
Note to Directors: Please be mindful of the focus of Nature films. NATURE. Including the sound palette.

The soundtrack was not the best in my opinion. My recommendation is to put on music that you like and mute this program. Could have had a more informative commentary too. This to me program focused too much on three traveling people and not on the parks themselves. Kinda like watching their home movie. This program should have had a better soundtrack and narrowed its focus to just a few national parks rather than cover too many different places. Overall it was ok but I’ve seen better park documentaries.

The variety of clips span from ice climbing to prairie dog spotting while slack lining by Devil's Tower. I bought this video and IMHO it is mediocre. The 4K resolution is good, but the coverage of various parks is limited, the dialog is modest and the music is sophomoric. This "adventure" is not comparable to a National Geographic documentary. I will continue to watch 4K Youtube videos on National Parks.

I bought this set in addition to other several 3D titles, in order to "evaluate" my new devices (TV and BD player).
I read reviews considering the action of the movies, which now seems to me pointless.
These discs are aimed directly to highlight the 3D effects.
The images, both in 3D and 2D, are really amazing. I personally don't care if a movie could be considered a commercial or other is not presenting more footage about surfing.
All three discs are very pleasant to watch, and you can play them countless times and you won't be bored.
You will forget for sure about the cookies and the juice on the table in front of you.
I fully recommend this set for the highest quality of the image I ever met, as well as for the very pleasant experience offered.
