OSP investigate when a young man is shot outside the Vietnamese Consulate prior to an international conference at the venue that the SECNAV is scheduled to attend with the OSP team soon finding evidence suggesting that an illegal sweatshop may be a cover for a human trafficking ring or terrorists.
67 19 Vengeance (episode) March 27, 2012. OSP investigate when a Navy Intel Officer is found dead and the evidence seems to suggest that a team of Navy SEALs are responsible. As Callen, Sam, Kensi and Deeks arrive to interrogate the group, they learn that the suspects are due to depart on a hostage rescue mission with Sam being chosen to interrogate the members which could in turn compromise the mission.
68 20 Patriot Acts (episode) April 10, 2012. When a car explodes in downtown Los Angeles, OSP are tasked with investigating with the investigation growing intense when Nate Getz returns and reveals that all is not what it seems despite the FBI insisting that they've managed to stop a homegrown terrorist.
- - Pa Make Loa (episode) April 30, 2012. Crossover with Hawaii Five-0. A domestic call turns intense when it's discovered that the victim has been infected with a deadly weaponized form of smallpox, prompting the Hawaii Five-0 team to be called in to investigate. As they do so, they soon find evidence of the presence of a figure well known to the Office of Special Projects in Los Angeles which later has NCIS Special Agents Sam Hanna and G. Callen leaving Los Angeles and arriving in Hawaii to join the investigation as both teams form a partnership to stop a possible biological attack from occurring.
69 21 Touch of Death (episode) May 1, 2012. Crossover with Hawaii Five-0. In the aftermath of the revelation at the end of "Pa Make Loa", Callen and Sam arrive back in Los Angeles, the two NCIS agents accompanied by Hawaii Five 0 Detectives Danny Williams and Chin Ho Kelly as the Office of Special Projects Team and Hawaii Five-0 Task Force attempt to find and arrest a suspect who has gained access to the deadly smallpox but the investigation grows intense after the body of a woman accompanying the suspect is found in the bathroom of a flight that originally came from Hawaii. The two teams race to find the suspect and stop an impending threat not only to national security but also to mankind.
