Synopsis by Kathleen Wildasin

Narrated by Harrison Ford, Mustang: The Hidden Kingdom is a 90-minute documentary that features the kingdom of Mustang, a feudal Tibetan community in the remote Himalayas. You'll travel there with the Dalai Lama's personal envoy for an in-depth look at an isolated Buddhist culture where polygamy and polyandry are standard practices, lamps ward off evil spirits, and a king's word is law. Highlights of the film include rare footage of age-old ceremonies seldom before seen by the outside world.
