Murray High School Reviews

I have had a great experience at Murray High School. I have had some really great teachers, and a couple that did not work well for me. The best teachers were always the ones who would take the time to make sure that they were helping us beyond just the curriculum. They are the ones who encourage us to push ourselves, and who make class interesting just by being present. I have had a couple bad experiences with teachers, and in both cases the teacher was not present with the class and did not take the time to ensure that the classroom was a safe and productive space for everyone. I would like to see that the CTE classes are given more funding and recognition, as there are so many opportunities that I would love to see added, such as more competitions, better variety of CTE classes, and better resources for teachers to make those classes exciting.
Murray High School is a good school but also sometimes isn't so great. I love how everyone at Murray High is generally pretty nice to others. Murray also has great school spirit which is always a plus. However sometimes the teachers aren't the best, soome teachers that we have are really good while others aren't so great. Sports at Murray are also hard because we don't really win much but we doo always try our best which is very important. Overall I would say Murray High School is a good place but could benefit by getting a couple new teachers.
I transferred from West Jordan this year and so far it’s been great! My teachers are all so nice care about the students. I don’t have anything bad to say about the school academically. I did have to get out of a class because I wasn’t aware you had to register for the collage before and was never told about this. As a new student at Murray high, I was very confused about how everything worked because no one showed me how it did. I also don’t love their sports programs but it is a small school and seems to work with what they’ve got.
