This tape made a nice addiction of my rather skimpy Eno collection, with this collection tackling the pre- instrumental years after Eno left Roxy Music 1973 - '77. But to honest I like his instrumental recordings a fair amount better, although this indeed had some nice moments. Like John Cale my guess is Eno spent many an hour held up in his room listening to Pet Sounds, and this album has the ambient layered pop style to prove it.
