Something I noticed the last time I watched Monster's University is one of the shots of Mike and Randal's dorm there's a poster over the head of Randal's bed that says, "The Winds Of Change." This is a callback to the locker room scene in Monster's Inc when Randal says this to Mike just before they start their scaring. Just thought I'd share and see if anyone else noticed.
