- Claire W55 contributionsVery easy to get to from Turin by train. Ignore the opening times online, you can only visit on a tour which you can book through the Venaria website. Like lots of the Savoy sites, the tour is only available in Italian and the guide presumes everyone knows Savoy history. The market spreads in the street of the town centre, a picturesque dedalo of narrow streets. If they bring something to you that you like to visit them, you will not be disappointed... This is exactly what you were looking for... I cannot make up my mind... both have their strong points and both are exactly as churches in small old Italian towns are to be...
