Disappointing
I have opted to withdraw from an investment/saving plan. I emailed the forms on Thursday. I got an email yesterday stating that my signature doesn’t match the ones that they have on their records. Withdrawal claim still not processed
I made a follow-up this morning with Wafika or Shafika who has been very helpful on her end. She explained that she's escalating the query to a manager named Anele and that Anele would be calling me soonest but, no call. Even last week when I followed up, the consultant was meant to call me but, no one has called back since. Can I just please get progress on my withdrawal claim and finalization please?

Terrible experience
Very disappointed with the way momentum is delaying an estate that according to them takes maximum 15 months to wind up. Which is still open at almost 2 years They are first to deduct their fees from the estate but they haven't completed the service yet. communicating with the person appointed to the estate is a nightmare, no response for weeks after sending emails. You can also try to escalate the matter to higher management...

I submitted a claim for the provident fund funds at work in April even now nothing has happened, On May i got a message saying that i should email my tax number to *********** of which i did but last week i sent an email and i was told that i did not submit my tax of which I did and i have emails to prove the communication. Very bad and helpless experience. Undegnifying if I have to say . I dealt with a consultant in critical illness named Ayanda who has been dealing with myself with poor behaviour. Momentum Funds At Work ....Pathetic
Momentum is pathetic. I have been waiting for my pension fund payout from Funds At Work for the past 3 weeks!!!!! When I called the consultant I was told there is an error on the system and Momentum cant even confirm when this issue will be resolved and when I can get my money!!!!What makes me angry is that they don't even have the decency of communicating the issue to their clients. Poor Momentum service
I am under the impression that Momentum is totally not capable of addressing requests delivered to them. I have spent a full week in attempted phone calls and repeated emails. The rate at which Momentum is reacting it will take me, being a professional person, approximately a year to finalise outstanding matters. Terrible
How do one get a POP for two Momentum annuity payments in order to finalise a estate? Numerous phone calls, no feedback. Regional agent escalated the matter. Nothing happened. Terrible client services.
