Had an excellent experience. All 5 gals were pleased with their hair and the bride's hair was awesome. Mom was especially pleased with Clarissa's?? work!

I am a regular client for hair. Sonja is my stylist, and she never lets me down. Her cuts are precise and exactly what I need and want. Her colour....she is the only person I know who can help a brunette keep looking like a proper brunette. No chunky, stripey weird highlights. Just perfectly cut hair and soft, subtle colour.
She is a top level stylist, so her price list is a bit higher than others. But she is worth every penny. She listens to what I want each and every time, and makes me feel like my hair really matters. I always leave feeling like a million bucks.

This is an absolutely gorgeous spa and they have every detail covered. It is completely pampering and the staff is lovely. Consistently amazing services, quality of products, staff, and I always leave feeling much better than when I went it. Go here, you will not regret it!!!

Beautiful high end salon and spa. My wife and I were treated like Royalty. Would definitely recommend to friends and family.

I have been going to Mirror Mirror for 3 years now and have been completely satisfied with the results each and every time.I was lucky enough recently after my stylist left to move on to Caroline. She is absolutely amazing and very talented and personable. The reception staff are warm , friendly and professional. My estetician Irene is also very good with pedicures , facials massage and other spa treatments. I would recommend this salon to anyone looking to be spoiled and at fair prices.

Got a massage and it was so amazing!! Got a pedicure and was expensive for when you got out of it. But I enjoyed my time there! My sister got her hair done by Lauren and she did an absolutely fantastic job!! Definitely would recommend her!! She also got her nails done by another lady, wasn't $85 quality at all, not impressed with that, and the lady did not seem happy to be doing nails. But the salon was clean and inviting.

I recently got my hair coloured by Lauren! She is amazing I showed her a picture of what I wanted and she made it happen! She is so fun and friendly and I can't wait to go back next month to get my coloured freshened up 👍🏻

Our group of six friends who travel together each year spent the afternoon at this spa and thoroughly enjoyed it. Three of us had one treatment and three had two treatments. Everyone loved the treatments they received. We were somewhat disappointed that we could not all get the treatments we had wanted because of room availability, but it was not a huge issue. The staff are great and handle larger groups with ease. We would all recommend Mirror, Mirror!

I booked Mirror Mirror's Okanagan package... Very reasonable price... 3 hours later when I left, I was so relaxed I was practically a puddle... If you are going for a spa day and have time, ask to make a reservation in the infrared sauna, it's free.

My best friend's wedding was recently in Kelowna and we acquired the help of Mirror Mirror to get ready for her special day.
They booked us in all together, 4 Bridal Party and 2 Mom's. They did our hair and make up. It was honestly one of the best ways to get ready for a wedding. The girls at Mirror Mirror were so friendly, super accomodating, understood what we wanted and executed. They let us bring in our own food, champagne and photographers to capture the moments leading up to my best friends wedding.
We were all happy with our Salon services, hair and makeup and all looked so beautiful on the day of! It was a great experience and I highly recommend anyone getting married in Kelowna to book with Mirror Mirror!!
