Green (ankle) is not in the official injury report for Sunday's game against the Pacers.
Green didn't play in Milwaukee's final two games of the regular season due to injury, but he seems to have recovered enough to feature in the series opener Sunday. Green is expected to see minutes off the bench, but he shouldn't carry a lot of fantasy upside in most formats.

Bucks' Damian Lillard: Not listed on injury report
Lillard (adductor) is not in the official injury report for Sunday's game against the Pacers.
The Bucks are listing Giannis Antetokounmpo (calf) as doubtful for the series opener. Still, there's no mention of Lillard, and given that he practiced Friday with no problems, he should be able to handle his regular workload, and even carry the team offensively in the absence of Antetokounmpo, for the series opener Sunday. Lillard averaged 24.3 points, 7.0 assists and 4.4 rebounds per game during the regular season, and his usage rate should increase considerably in the playoffs as long as Antetokounmpo remains out.

Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Listed as doubtful for Game 1
Antetokounmpo (calf) is doubtful to play Sunday against the Pacers, Jeremiah Johnson of Bally Sports Indiana reports.
This is not a surprise, as the chances of Antetokounmpo playing in the series opener Sunday are looking slimmer by the minute. This means Bobby Portis should be in line to play a prominent role again, and if Antetokounmpo ends up being ruled out, all signs point to him trying to return to action for Game 2, scheduled for Tuesday.

Lillard (adductor) practiced Friday, Eric Nehm of The Athletic reports.
Lillard didn't practice Tuesday or Wednesday to rest lingering injuries but is trending in the right direction after putting in a full session Friday. However, his status for Game 1 of the opening-round series against Indiana on Sunday likely won't be known until Saturday afternoon.

Bucks' Damian Lillard: Still not practicing, status TBD
Lillard didn't practice Tuesday or Wednesday due to lingering groin and abductor injuries, Jamal Collier of ESPN.com reports.
Lillard has been dealing with the injuries for the last three weeks and missed four of the Bucks' final nine regular-season games. The superstar sharpshooter said Tuesday he won't be 100 percent for the postseason but added that no one is at this point in the campaign. Coach Doc Rivers said tests on Lillard's lower body returned clean but added that he still wanted to give his point guard "a little more rest."

Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Doubtful to begin series
ESPN's Adrian Wojnarowski reports that the Bucks are preparing to be without Antetokounmpo (calf) for the beginning of their series against the Pacers.
This is in line with previous reporting, as there doesn't appear to be much optimism about Antetokounmpo appearing in the first couple games of the series. Wojnarowski adds that the Bucks are hopeful Antetokounmpo can return later in the series with constant treatment, but this is a fluid situation.

Bucks' Giannis Antetokounmpo: Could miss Game 1
The Bucks have "real doubt" that Antetokounmpo (calf) will be available Sunday for Game 1 of the team's first-round playoff series versus the Pacers, Shams Charania of The Athletic reports.
Antetokounmpo missed the final three games of the regular season with a strained left calf. At the time Antetokounmpo suffered the injury April 9, an optimistic recovery timeline of 1-to-2 weeks had been floated out, but the star forward looks like he could require additional recovery time beyond that. He'll continue to receive daily treatment over the upcoming week, and an official decision on his status for Game 1 may not be made until shortly before Sunday.

Middleton accumulated 17 points (6-15 FG, 0-4 3Pt, 5-6 FT), three rebounds, five assists and one steal in 32 minutes during Sunday's 113-88 loss to Orlando.
Middleton led all Bucks players in assists while ending with a team-high-tying scoring total to boost Milwaukee in a regular-season finale defeat. Middleton has posted at least 15 points and five assists in two straight outings, rounding out the regular season by reaching double figures in scoring in eight of his last 10 games.

Lillard returned for Sunday's regular-season finale after missing Milwaukee's previous game with adductor soreness and struggled mightily from the field in one of his worst games of the season. Lillard tied a season-low in field goals made Sunday, though he posted his 11th game with 12 or more three throw made. The Bucks hope Lillard and Giannis Antetokounmpo are able to get healthy and back to 100 percent as the postseason gets underway. The 3-seed Bucks will take on the 6-seed Pacers in the Eastern Conference Quarterfinals.
