Rafa Nadal, the best Spanish tennis player of all time, along with various relevant football figures of yesterday and today such as Pep Guardiola, Javier Clemente and Julio Salinas, who will be joined, among others, by Jorge Lorenzo, the chef Dani García, the famous spiritual master yogi Sadhguru or the bullfighter Pepín Liria will take part in "The Battle of the Stars" from June 22 to 24, a unique tournament to be held on the East Coast of Mallorca.

The competition, which brings together all these protagonists with a spectacular professional career in sports, gastronomy or bullfighting, among other fields, will take place on the Pula Golf Resort course and at the Son Servera Golf Club in Calla Millor (Mallorca) from June 22-24.

There all the stars will offer their skills with the sticks, in a tournament whose profits will go to the fight against ALS. Along with those mentioned will also be Albert Riera, Aritz Aduriz, Batistuta, Uwe Bein, world champion with Germany in the 1990 World Cup in Italy; Claus Elming, former football player; the actress Verónica Mengod, the influencer Laura Matamoros, the Michelin star Frank Rosin and the singer David Otero, among others.

Undoubtedly, one of the most internationally significant additions outside of sport is that of the well-known Sadhguru, a yogi followed by almost 10 million people worldwide who also carries out an activism for the sustainability of the planet.

The tournament will have the support of the Cap Vermell Grand Hotel, Banco Santander, AETIB, Fundació Mallorca Tursimes and will mean another step in the consolidation of the Golf East Mallorca brand. Rafael Nadal Parera was born in Manacor on the island of Mallorca to Sebastián Nadal and Ana María Parera.

He has a younger sister named María Isabel. He is the ex brother nephew of former footballer Miguel Ángel Nadal, defender of Mallorca, Barcelona and the Spanish national team. Realizing Rafael's natural talent for tennis another paternal uncle, Toni Nadal, a former professional tennis player, started him playing when he was just three years old and, since then, has been his coach until 2017.

The Spaniard continued to live in Manacor even after turning professional and returns as soon as he can to relax by fishing and playing golf; here he also met María Francisca Perelló, known as Xisca, with whom he got engaged in December 2005.
