Miami Marlins Rising Star Makes Incredible Play

The Miami Marlins Star is giving his team a chance to snag their first win of the season.

The Miami Marlins are looking for their first win of the season.

Despite the late-game blunders, the Miami Marlins have had some bright moments on offense this season. They had a great one Sunday afternoon against the St. Louis Cardinals.

Miami Marlins centerfielder Jazz Chisholm rocked a three-run home run in the first inning to give his team an early 3-0 lead. This 412-foot home run blast was Chishol's second of the season. He made the contact on the first pitch of his at-bat.

Chisholm joins teammate Jake Burger as the other Marlin with two home runs on the season.

The Marlins entered the game with an 0-9 record and the last winless team in all of Major league Baseball. The Marlins are in a tough spot with early injuries to their rotation but perhaps some energy from Chisholm can help them get something going for the lineup.

Max Meyer gets the nod for his second start of the season.
