In this case, Versailles is a massive Cuban restaurant, and in a city known for its Cuban food, Versailles distinguishes itself as the best of the best. Stop by a cup of Cuban coffee or a toasted Cuban sandwich with ham, pork, and cheese. You can also try more traditional items such as the national dish ropa vieja, which translates to "old clothes," but in reality is much more appetizing: shredded beef that's been stewed with vegetables and spices.
