I have supported clients around grief/loss, separation, relationship stressors, self-esteem, anxiety, depression, and PTSD. In addition, my training in trauma includes extensive experience working with survivors of gender-based violence.
I believe that every person has the capacity to feel better and that therapy can provide both a dedicated place and the tools for healing and growth.
