Matthew Perry appears healthy, happy on movie set after engagement

Bing is ending 2020 with a bang.

Matthew Perry was photographed in good spirits on Thursday while on the set of his new movie, “Don’t Look Up,” in Boston, less than a month after announcing his engagement to Molly Hurwitz.

In the photos, the actor wore a sharp suit and peacoat to shoot a political rally scene at the Museum of Fine Arts alongside his co-star Jonah Hill and a Kid Rock look-alike.

Perry, 51, flashed a big smile as the actors interacted with the crowd.

According to IMDb, “Don’t Look Up” is a comedy — to be released in 2021 — about astronomers who try to warn everyone that a giant meteorite will destroy Earth in six months.

Perry appears healthy and happy since struggling with a bout of health issues in recent years.

In 2018, Perry revealed he spent three months in the hospital following gastrointestinal surgery, which may have been caused by his previous addiction issues.

His stepfather, Keith Morrison, shared in October that the “Friends” star was still recovering from the medical procedure two years later.

However, Perry’s relationship with his fiancée appears to have breathed new life into him. Last week, the actor posted a series of playful photos of the 29-year-old.
