This is such a vital lesson that it doesn't matter how many times I've heard it, it still seems so profound.I've been following (sounds like a cult! 😆) Matthew for several years now and have been fortunate to have been coached by him a couple of times. He is honest and tough but gives advice I still carry with me.This book reads easily and follows along familiar grounds which his well-tread coaching that improves everytime he says it. With that said, he shows a new vulnerability in this that he doesn't share in public (after all, no one gets to see behind the curtain if the show is to come off as the expert) and so that gives the reader an insight we didn't otherwise have.Thank you Matthew for your work and service to us in the trenches looking for our forever person... May we just be happy enough until we find them!

Got the “Love Life” book this week. I didn’t have a chance to read the whole book yet but what I have read so far is extremely valuable! I have been following Matt for years and this book is a manifestation of his knowledge which brings an incredible value for anyone! It is a go to guide for happy life and fulfilling romantic relationships. It is a very deep and vulnerable book which stands out from any other books on this topic!

This is the book I needed years ago it is open honest & heartfelt written with care It is like reading & hearing words from a good friend
Each Chapter brings heartfelt honesty experience kindness & wisdom
It’s like a warm hug but with lesions & guidance and a step in a new & positive direction
This book is for everyone who has experienced pain of heartbreak but also to find yourself and build to find that person & to be happy Enough within yourself
