In 2015 Matt Levett won the prestigious Heath Ledger Scholarship in Los Angeles. He graduated from the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA) in 2009. Matt is best known for his work in the television series 'A Place To Call Home' on network Seven and the Matchbox miniseries 'Devils Playground' on Foxtel.
Matt is a graduate of the Western Australian Academy of Performing Arts (WAAPA).
Whilst at WAAPA he was awarded both the Sally Burton prize for Most Outstanding Performance in a Classical Text, and the Lesley Anderson award.
Matt Levett's short film "Unwanted Friend" was a selected for Movie Extra Tropfest 2012 - the worlds largest short film festival. After 60,000 collective votes it won the 16th Finalist competition, becoming an automatic finalist.
Winner of the prestigious Heath Ledger Scholarship 2015.
