This was the first time wed been to the Marylebone restaurant snd it was not a good ecperience at all. All other Cotes weve been to have been far better with food. and service. We wont go back. Very disappointing.

Terrible service - staff more interested in their phones than serving the handful of customers. Portion sizes smaller and less generous than they used to be and menu less extensive.

This is the worst Cote ever. Always a long wait for food, wrong order bought once table and the staff are all rude. Took nearly 10 minutes to get the bill as they are all talking amongst themselves and avoid eye contact with diners at all cost. I definitely will not be returning. Shame because overall Cote are a great chain.

Cote Brasserie offers great food at extraordinary value. It is quite busy and staff is sometimes overwhelmed, but the location is great and they are trying their best. Overall recommended.

I generally love Cote, which is always of a pretty good consistent standard. At Cote Marylebone the food was really tasty as usual, (beautifully cooked tuna!) however it was let down by over casual staff, chatting to mates on the pavement whilst leaving customers waiting and not wiping tables before setting them etc, not being offered extra drinks, having to ask for side plates, no salt and pepper, not serving from correct side, which unfortunately didn’t give a great impression!

We are Cote regulars and this was a disappointing meal. Smaller portions and not as tasty and appealing as usual. Staff very helpful and friendly.

A few menu items out of stock, with the server making pretty unhelpful suggestions by way of alternatives. Food came in good time, Bourguignon too rich for me and a little cloying; friend’s Poulet Breton looked ok and was a generous serving. Waited 25/30 minutes to order something sweet and a coffee, eventually gave up and asked at the bar for the bill.

Three of us met together having not seen each other before lockdown. Very warm welcome and an extremely helpful guy, Luke changed us to a quieter table. We had a waitress who was pretty new and she was trying her hardest and all was well. The food is always a treat here, and we were left alone until we needed some and able to catch up. Would definitely recommend….thank you.

Very good experience at Cote Brasserie in Marylebone. Prices are very reasonable given the food and location, and service was great, despite it being a busy day. We were also given a very nice table. Also note that Cote Brasserie are extremely good with gluten-free diets, great choice and great labelling of options.

Arrived earlier than my 3:30 booking but staff happily accommodated me and a friend we had a lovely late lunch and tried the new Alpine rum orange cocktail very delicious The staff were lovely especially our waiter Very relaxed atmosphere, no rush just really calm and welcoming Good menu choices and food was tasty, dauphinois So good Overall a really good experience
